We are excited to announce that Manthei Redi-Mix has moved to Team Elmer’s!

In an effort to continue to improve service in the Petoskey market, Elmer’s Crane and Dozer, Inc. (Team Elmer’s) has purchased the Redi-Mix assets of Manthei Construction as of May 23, 2023.

Other Manthei Construction divisions including site construction, precast products and landscape supply operations remain with Manthei and are active and ready to serve you as usual from our existing locations.

With this change, Team Elmer’s will now be able to meet your Redi-Mix needs from the following plant sites in your area:

• Alanson – 5147 Powers Rd

• Charlevoix – 5481 US 31 S

• East Jordan – 7500 Fair Rd

• Gaylord – 1430 Old 27 N
