Healthy employees make happy employees, which is why we offer two different health services plans to meet the needs of you and your family.
If you don't already have a primary care physician, Manthei Construction will help you sign up with their Direct Primary Care Physician to service your health care needs.*
Mental Health
Manthei Construction is proud to be one of the few employers in Northern Michigan to offer onsite, and off-site counseling services, at no cost, to each employee. Some of these services include counseling on personal and family matters, addiction and recovery help, financial guidance and addressing, or assisting with, legal matters.
Financial Health
In partnership with Smart Dollar, a Dave Ramsey application, Manthei Construction provides education and resources to help each team member attain financial health.
Along with budgeting and debt elimination tools, we also offer a 50% match on 401(k) contributions, made by employees, up to 6%.
