Manthei Construction is proud to be one of the few employers in Northern Michigan to offer onsite, and off-site counseling services, at no cost, to each employee. Some of these services include counseling on personal and family matters, addiction and recovery help, financial guidance and addressing, or assisting with, legal matters.
